Event Overview
The 3 Legged Monster Race is a thrilling relay race set in the beautiful Ozark Trail on August 16, 2025. Teams of two will compete in three disciplines: trail running, mountain biking, and paddling. All proceeds will benefit the Ozark Trail Association.
Race Details
- Date: Saturday, Aug 16, 2025
- Location: 204 Butts Rd, Steelville, MO
- Short Course: 55M and 33M relay options available
- Start Times:
- 55M 2 Per Relay: 7:30 AM
- 33M 2 Per Relay: 8:15 AM
Course Overview
The race features three legs:
- Running: 7 miles or 13 miles through breathtaking landscapes including waterfalls and hardwood forests.
- Mountain Biking: 11 miles or 30 miles through designated IMBA "epic" trails with stunning Ozark scenery.
- Paddling: 12 miles on the crystal clear Courtois and Huzzah Creeks, finishing on the Meramec River.
Logistics
- Aid stations will be available for support.
- No refunds for registration fees.
- No personal paddles; paddles will be provided.
- Post-race festivities at Ozark Outdoors!
