Enjoy the fall season by joining the Canal Winchester Chamber for the 8th Annual Running Scared 5K and 1-Mile Family Run/Walk at Canal Winchester High School! Grab your costumes and get moving for the best event of the season. We will have an awesome 2024 race shirt (while supplies last), race bib, and medal for all registrants in both events.

Race Day Timeline
- 8:30 AM - Race day check-in and packet pickup begins
- 9:00 AM - Health Fair Begins
- 9:50 AM - Breathing session led by Elizabeth Wood Yoga
- 10:00 AM - 5K and 1-Mile starts
- 12:00 PM - Event ends
