Be A Beast 5k

We invite you to join us for the 8th annual Be a Beast 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk/Run on Saturday, September 28, 2024. This event honors Ann Higginbotham, a dedicated educator who passed away from ovarian cancer. Proceeds will benefit students at Campbell County and Anderson County High Schools.

On site registration and packet pick-up will be from 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM. The 5K race will start at 8:30 AM, and the walk will begin at approximately 8:35 AM after the 5K starts. The race begins at Anderson County High School, running along Charles G. Seivers Boulevard, with a challenging course that includes a 1.5 mile out-and-back segment.

This year introduces an updated awards format, with categories for overall, Masters, Grandmasters, Veterans, and various age groups.
