Event Overview
The colors, the crisp air, and the cooler temperatures make fall the perfect time to celebrate by running or walking along the beautiful Virginia Capital Trail. All proceeds from this event support the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation.

Registration Fees
Cap Trail 10 Miler: $38 - $47 depending on registration date.
Cap Trail 5K: $33 - $42 depending on registration date.
Virtual participants can expect the same distances with similar pricing.
Important Information
This event is a CUP-LESS race. Please bring your own water bottles, bladders, or collapsible cups.
Packet Pickup
Friday, October 25 at Lucky Road Run Shop from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Additional pickups on race morning starting at 7:30 AM.
Location Details
Parking will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Stone Brewing and nearby lots. Public transportation options are available as well.
