About the Event
Join us for the Fall Running Program at Washington-Liberty High School Track in Arlington, VA. This program is designed for kids and will include five practice sessions and one final race day. Each session will focus on proper warm-up techniques, running drills, and endurance laps.
Schedule
The program will run on Mondays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, starting on September 16th and concluding with a final race day on October 28th. Locations may vary based on track availability.
What to Expect
Participants will receive a Flash medal and water bottle upon completion. This program is a great way for kids to improve their running skills while having fun!
