Frosty Fireman 5k

Get ready for a race like no other! The Frosty Fireman 5K is back, offering a unique and challenging experience while supporting a great cause. Hosted by the Nashville Fire Fighters Association Foundation (NFFAF), this race raises funds to support the families of firefighters who have been killed or injured in the line of duty or are facing illness or hardship.

Race Options

Participants can choose between the 5K Challenge and the 1 Mile Fun Run. The course, known as the infamous 'Murder Mile,' is a 1.1-mile loop with a 340-foot elevation gain. Expect two monster climbs, fast runnable sections, and a thrilling downhill through the fields back to the start/finish area. The wide double track trail is perfect for runners of all levels.

This scenic private property is just 10 minutes from downtown Franklin. Whether you're a seasoned trail runner looking for a challenge or just want to enjoy a beautiful run for a worthy cause, we can’t wait to see you on race day. Come out and support the NFFAF and our brave firefighters!

Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up will be available from 7:15 AM to 7:45 AM on race day. Runners must be registered by December 20th to be guaranteed a t-shirt on race day! If you register after this date, you will still receive a t-shirt, but there may be a delay in receiving it.
