About the Event
HBCU Week 5k Run Walk is an event aimed at encouraging high-school aged youth to enroll in Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The event provides scholarship dollars for matriculation and aims to sustain a pipeline for employment from undergraduate school to corporate America.

Awards
- Top Finisher Awards (Overall Male/Female and Overall Male/Female Masters are scored by gun time, all other age groups are scored by chip (net) time.
- Awards for top male/female
- Awards for top male/female masters
- Awards for top 3 male/female in 10 year age groups 13 & under through 70 & over
Timing
R2R Timing Systems will chip time using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System
Results
They will be posted online during the race and complete results will be posted once the race is complete.
