About the Event
Welcome to the Healthy Kids Running Series Fall 2024! This exciting event takes place at the Rockville Centre Recreation Center in Rockville Centre, NY. Our program is designed for children from Pre-K through 8th grade, offering a variety of age-appropriate running events.
Event Details
The series runs for five weeks, with races held once a week. Participants can look forward to events such as the 50 & 75 yard dashes, 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, and 1 mile runs. Each child will earn points based on their performance, and all participants will receive a medal on the final week.
Registration Information
Registration covers the entire series, including race bibs, a runner shirt, a finisher medal, and sponsor giveaways. Please note that registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. For those interested in single-day participation, registration opens one hour before each race.
Challenger Division
We are proud to offer a Challenger Division for children with disabilities, allowing them to participate in a supportive environment.
Awards
Trophies will be awarded to the top finishers in each division, ensuring a competitive yet fun atmosphere for all participants.
