Live Love Run 21K, 10K, 5K & 1K

Welcome to the 12th Annual Live Love Run 1K, 5K, 10K & 21K event hosted by Run Like A Girl Adventure's Inc. in support of Abreast In A Boat. This event was created to honor two friends fighting breast cancer and raise funds for the dragon boat team. Join us on October 5, 2024, at Brae Island Regional Park in Langley, BC, or participate virtually from anywhere in the world.

Event Information

The event offers four distance options: 1K, 5K, 10K, and 21K. Local participants can enjoy the scenic trails at Brae Island Regional Park, while virtual runners can complete their chosen distance in their own location. All finishers receive a medal, and proceeds from registration fees support Abreast In A Boat.

Course Information

The courses follow the Fort-to-Fort trail along the Fraser River, offering a mix of urban trails, rolling hills, and beautiful scenery. Aid stations are available along the routes, and strollers are welcome for the 5K and 10K distances.

Additional Information

Package pickup for local participants is on event morning, and parking is available throughout Fort Langley. Participants are encouraged to carpool and bring reusable cups for the cupless event. Dogs are allowed on-leash in the park, and finish line massages are provided by students from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.
