About the Event
Welcome to the Mountaineer Madness Classic, taking place on September 21-22, 2024, in the beautiful Crested Butte, Colorado. This exciting event is presented by Western Colorado University Mountain Sports and is sanctioned by USA Cycling.
Event Details
The Mountaineer Madness Classic features a variety of mountain biking competitions, including cross country and downhill races for collegiate athletes. With a field limit of 300 participants, this event promises to be competitive and exhilarating.

The event will be held at 11 Snowmass Rd, Crested Butte, CO 81224. This stunning location offers the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable weekend of racing.
Registration
Online registration will open on September 2, 2024, at 12:15 AM MT. Be sure to secure your spot early!
Camping
Camping is available for $25 for up to two vehicles. Please note that camping space is limited, and all trash must be disposed of in the provided dumpsters.
