About the Event

Train for a 5k with be.well and Coach Katie during Move. We will meet for weekly practices on Mondays and Thursdays at Sawyer Point Park. Train gradually with Coach Katie to build speed, confidence, and team spirit to prepare for the Girls on the Run 5k at the end of our season.

This session is for participants who do not use mobility aids. Please sign up if this best describes your athlete.
