About the Event
The North Rim Ramble is a one-of-a-kind event featuring a marathon, half marathon, and 10K race. The course takes runners through the beautiful Kaibab Plateau, offering stunning views of the Grand Canyon and surrounding landscapes.
Participants will traverse well-graded forest roads and scenic singletrack trails, passing through forests of spruce, pine, and aspen. The course also provides views of Marble Canyon, Vermilion Cliffs, and Navajo Mountain.
Marathon runners will complete a 26.2-mile loop, while half marathoners will cover a 13.1-mile course. The 10K route follows a scenic out-and-back path along the floor of Tater Canyon.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own hydration containers as the event is 'cupless' to reduce waste. Aid stations along the course will provide water, electrolyte drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks.
Registration includes a delicious lunch at the Kaibab Lodge, post-race beverages, event socks, finisher awards, and more. Discounts are available for Arizona Trail Association members, military veterans, Native Americans, and youth under 18.
Join us for a memorable running experience on the ancestral lands of the Nuwuvi, Hopi, Zuni, and Diné tribes. Your participation supports the maintenance and protection of the 800-mile Arizona Trail.
