About the Event
OZ Mile Swim
Location: Beaver Lake Dam Site Park, Eureka Springs, AR 72631
The OZ Mile Swim is for ALL swimmers! Whether you are elite, experienced, novice, or a beginner, everyone is welcome. This open water race not only focuses on competition but also celebrates the essence of swimming with a full weekend of activities for participants and spectators alike.
Bonnie Adams, founder of SWIM OZ, created this race to showcase the stunning beauty of the Ozark region and provide a local competition for her clients and teams. With a diverse swimming community, including former Division 1 collegiate swimmers, Ironman triathletes, and recreational athletes, there’s something for everyone at this event. The course is designed to allow spectators complete visibility of the swimming action from start to finish.
