About the Event
Our Half-Marathon Workshop is designed for runners of all abilities who want to learn more about running 13.1 miles. During our workshop we cover everything from the training, to the nutrition and fuelling. Our coaches carefully design a track session for runners to take part in, so you get to train in an inspirational location with expert coaches on hand to oversee your training session.
