Want to tackle your first 10k? Or maybe you want to see just how low you can get that 10k time? This is the program for you!
Join us for a 12 week training program, with RRCA certified coaches to help you every step of the way. You can join us for group runs from John’s Run/Walk Shop in Chevy Chase on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, or run on your own schedule.
Your program will be tailored to your race goals, whether that’s getting to the finish line or achieving a target finish time. Coaches will be present at group runs at least once every week so athletes can check in regarding their training.
You’ll also receive access to a private Strava group where you can post your workouts, track your fitness, and connect with other members of the program who can offer additional support for those more difficult workouts.
After signing up, we’ll check in via email to meet you and discuss your goals for your race! We can’t wait to run with you!
