2024 Bell Ringer Trail Run

The Bell Ringer Trail Run takes place on Saturday, December 14th at Montgomery Bell State Park in Burns, TN. This race features running on one of the best trail networks in the Nashville area.

Since the start of this race in 2014, it has continued to grow each year and draw runners from all over the country.

Course Description

The course contains multiple uphill and downhill sections. The terrain is of moderate difficulty, providing a challenge to runners, but not too hard for first-timers.

Accommodations

Hotel accommodations will be provided by The Lodge at Montgomery Bell State Park. Montgomery Bell State Park also offers cabins and camping as an overnight accommodation option.

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be available on Friday, December 13th and Saturday, December 14th at Montgomery Bell State Park Conference Center.

Runner Limit

We have limited the number of runners to 500 total for the 2023 Bell Ringer Trail Run.

Aid Stations

For the 50k, 25k, and 15k there will be aid stations approximately every 5-6 miles. Aid stations will provide water and an assortment of snacks.

Awards

Awards are given to the top 3 male and female finishers in each race - 50k, 25k, 15k. All finishers will receive finisher medals.

Refund Policy

Refunds of 50% will be given within 60 days of your registration date until October 1st. After October 1st no refunds will be given.

• 5:30 AM: Registration opens in the Conference Room
• 6:00 AM: Breakfast opens in the Dining Room
• 7:00 AM: 50K starts at the Hotel Upper Parking Lot
• 7:30 AM: 25K starts at the Hotel Upper Parking Lot
• 8:00 AM: 15K starts at the Hotel Upper Parking Lot
• 9:30 AM: Lunch starts in the Conference Room
• 10:30 AM: 15K & 25K awards in the Conference Room
• 1:30 PM: 50K Male/Female awards in the Conference Room
• 4:30 PM: Final finishers cut-off
