The 2024 Northumberland Turkey Trot is a family-friendly event supporting the YMCA Strong Communities Campaign. Join us for a fun day of running and walking activities for all ages and abilities.
Event Details
The event will take place on Monday, October 14, 2024, at the Cobourg YMCA, located at 339 Elgin St W, Cobourg, ON, Canada. Check-in and race day registration begin at 8:30 am.
Event Schedule
- 9:30 am: Gobble Wobble fun activity for children 4 years old and under
- 9:45 am: Wing Ding 1K Kids Fun Run
- 10:10 am: The Gobbler 5K Run and 2.5K Run/Walk
- 11:20 am: Awards ceremony
The Course
Participants will start at the YMCA and enjoy running or walking in the Cobourg Conservation Area. The course features a fun urban green space setting with uneven ground and rolling hills.

Registration fees vary based on the event and age group. Family discounts are available, and costumes are encouraged for added fun.
