2024 YMCA Santa Run 5K / 10K and One Mile Elf Run/Walk (HYBRID RACE)

Event Overview

The 2024 YMCA Santa Run is a hybrid race taking place on December 14, 2024. You can choose to race in person at Monocacy Village Park or participate virtually by completing the run anywhere between December 13 and 15, 2024.

Race Details

• Date: December 14, 2024 (Virtual: December 13-15, 2024)
• Location: Monocacy Village Park, Frederick, MD
• Time: 9:00 AM for in-person; Virtual race can be completed anytime between specified dates.

Course Information

Participants can choose from the following courses:

• 10K Santa Run: Distance of 6.2 miles
• 5K Santa Run: Distance of 3.1 miles
• One Mile Elf Run: Distance of 1 mile
• Santa Run 10K VIRTUAL: Distance 6.2 miles
• Santa Run 5K VIRTUAL: Distance 3.1 miles
• One Mile Elf Run VIRTUAL: Distance of 1 mile

Registration and Pricing

Early bird prices range from $10 to $35 depending on the distance and registration date. Please check the event website for details about pricing increases after certain date thresholds.

Awards

Awards will be given to the top finishers in both in-person and virtual categories.

Additional Information

• Packet pickup will be available leading up to the race day at the YMCA Downtown branch.
• Dogs are allowed on the course if leashed.
• Shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations by October 31, 2024.
• If you live more than 50 miles from the registration site, packets will be mailed after the race.
