2025 Road Race for Education

Event Overview

The Road Race for Education, in its 45th year, invites the East Lake Community, East Atlanta Neighbors, and the Muslim community to participate in this yearly celebration of education and unity. This race was previously known as The Mohammed Ali Road Race in honor of the legendary athlete, symbolizing courage and determination.

Location: 560 Fayetteville Rd, Atlanta, GA 30316

Registration for the in-person 5K includes a participant shirt (while supplies last), a chipped-timed 5K - USTAF Certified Course, and the Peachtree Qualifier. Virtual participants will also receive a shirt, but packet shipping costs are not included in registration.

• 5K Run/Walk: Distance: 5K, Price: $25.00 - $50.00
• 5k Senior Walk: Distance: 5K, Price: $25.00 - $45.00
• Kids Fun Run: Distance: 1 Mile, Price: $15.00 - $20.00
• Virtual Run: Distance: 5K, Price: $25.00 - $45.00

Registrations are transferable but non-refundable. The following are important dates:
