52nd Annual Newark Turkey Trot 10k / 5k

Join us for Delaware’s oldest consecutive road race, the Turkey Trot! The Turkey Trot offers both 5K and 10K races with raffles donated by local businesses in addition to first through third place awards for age groups in 5-year increments.

Event Details

Shirt and number pick up is at the Newark Municipal Building (220 South Main Street, Newark, DE 19711) on Friday, November 22 from 8:30am to 4:00pm for pre-registered participants or Saturday at Handloff Park starting at 8 a.m.

Race Schedule

Race Time: 8:00am - Registration opens, 9:00am - 10k start, 10:30am - 5k start.

Awards and Amenities

The first 500 registered will receive shirts, and there will be post-race refreshments and raffles. Awards will be given for overall male and female winners as well as age group winners.
