Course Information

The Angeles Crest 100 (AC100) is one of the original five 100-mile races in the United States. It features a demanding 100-mile course with elevations ranging from 1,135 to 9,300 feet, crossing through rugged terrain and steep climbs. Runners will experience breathtaking views and challenging conditions true to high alpine running.

The 2025 course will avoid Chantry Flats due to damage from recent fires, finishing in Altadena via the Kenyon/Devore Trail.

Registration

Registration for the AC100 is through a lottery due to high demand, with lottery sign-ups from August 30 to September 15, 2024. The Entrants List will be announced on September 18, 2024.

Awards

Finishers receive various awards, including finisher t-shirts, plaques, and unique buckles based on finishing times. Special awards are given for breaking course records.

Additional Information

100 mile runners must have completed a 50+ mile race between January 1, 2024, and July 13, 2025, to entry the lottery.
