The Apple Blossom 5K run/walk will be held on May 3, 2025, in Saint Joseph, MO. The event not only includes a traditional 5K race but also features team events inspired by CrossFit, allowing participants to traverse the 3.1-mile course with unique challenges.

• Tandem Run - Teams of 2 - Distance: 3.1 Miles, Price: $65 - $70 - $80
• Burden Run - Teams of 4 - Distance: 3.1 Miles, Price: $90 - $100 - $120
• Heavy Burden Run - Teams of 4 - Distance: 3.1 Miles, Price: $90 - $100 - $120

Location

The event will take place at 402 S Noyes Blvd, Saint Joseph, MO 64501, with the start line at the St. Joseph Aquatic Park.

This event is a fundraiser to benefit Sisters of Solace, a community dedicated to helping women survivors of trauma, human trafficking, and addiction.
