Battle by the Brook

Overview

The 8th Annual Battle by the Brook Adventure Race will be held on September 20th, 2025 at Camp Shady Brook, in Deckers, CO. This event supports sending kids to camp and promises an exciting day for participants.

• Family Race: 6 Miles - $89.00
• ARC'TERYX MINI-SERIES: 20 Miles - Free

Event Details

Each team will race in various endurance disciplines, including orienteering/navigation, cross-country running/hiking, mountain biking, and paddling. Enjoy a swag bag, race vendor prize raffle, campfire with s'mores, and an end of the race cookout and drinks.

What To Bring

Participants are advised to bring necessary items such as a backpack, hydration pack, mountain bike (for the competitive race), running shoes, and personal safety gear including a first aid kit and compass.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top team in each division. All participants will receive a swag bag and a race gift.
