Coastal Edge ECSC 5K

Location: 2nd Street on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk

Enjoy a beautiful run during The 62nd Annual Coastal Edge East Coast Surfing Championships. Participants will experience a fast, flat, and out-and-back course with a view of the morning sun over the oceanfront. Course marshals will be present at key points, and a water station will be available near the turnaround. Pro surf competitions will be ongoing after the race, with all other CE ECSC events open to attend.

Registration Information

Online Registration:

• $40 until August 16, at midnight
• $45 starting on August 17

Packet Pickup:

• Friday, August 22, at Coastal Edge 21st Street from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• Race Day Packet Pickup on 2nd Street from 6:00 am to 6:45 am

Payment Information

CASH OR CREDIT ONLY will be accepted for walk-up registration.

Weather Policy

Participants should be aware that this is an outdoor event, subject to changes in weather conditions including thunderstorms and high winds. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
