What works better to unite the hearts of Christians in Glasgow than the precious time to have meaningful discussions whilst getting your fitness on!

Often we spend most of our days living our busy lives, without having the time to think about our physical and spiritual health, so this is the amazing opportunity to do both.

Open to all genders, fitness levels, and ages. We look forward to seeing you!

We will meet at the entrance of Glasgow Green Park for 13:30 and then set off for a run around the Green. Remember you can run at your own pace, let's stay safe and healthy together :)
