Cupid's Gauntlet

Event Details

Welcome to Cupid’s Gauntlet! This isn’t your typical stroll through the woods—this race is designed to challenge your endurance and sense of humor while offering chances to take in some incredible views. The race features various distances: 60K, Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K.

Location

The race takes place at Dana Peak Park, situated on the north shore of Stillhouse Hollow Lake in Harker Heights, Texas, about an hour from Waco and Austin.

Course Description

Runners will encounter both ascents and descents on rocky terrain, with stunning views of the lake. The trails are predominantly wooded with some exposed areas. Runners must carry a hydration device (like a water bottle or hydration bladder) during the race.

Parking & Camping

Entry to the park is $5 per car. Carpooling is recommended! Primitive camping is allowed on-site.

Volunteering

Volunteers earn credits for future Blaze Trails races. Family members can volunteer on your behalf and transfer credits to you!

Refund/Transfer Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please do so through Ultrasignup. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive 100% race credit.
