Event Details

The Défi Entreprises was created with a belief that physical activity is beneficial for both physical and mental health. Over the past 10 years, we have helped over 100,000 participants increase their physical activity through our program!

What is it?

Before the event, we challenge you to complete a short sports challenge with your colleagues. We conclude with a live event, which can be virtual or in-person based on your chosen package. The final event will take place on October 20 in Quebec.

Registration Fees

$30.00 for registration from November 15 – September 24. Virtual Défi Entreprises registration is $35.00 from September 24 – October 16. For Défi Entreprises Quebec, the fee is $52.00 during the same registration period.
