Delamere Forest 10k, HM & Marathon 2025

Join us for the Delamere Forest 10k, HM & Marathon 2025, a thrilling running event set in the stunning Delamere Forest. This event is perfect for runners of all abilities, offering three distances: 10k, Half Marathon, and Marathon. Experience the breathtaking views of the forest as you navigate through scenic trails.

Event Details

The event will take place on Sunday, 2nd November 2025. The Marathon starts at 8:00 am, followed by the Half Marathon at 9:00 am, and the 10k at 10:00 am. Participants will receive a bespoke medal upon completion, along with chip-timed results and free official event photos.

Course Information

Sections of the race will take you deep into the forest, around Blakemere Moss, along the Sandstone Trail, and up Old Pale Hill for panoramic views of the Cheshire countryside. With enthusiastic marshals and a 7-hour cut-off time, this event is designed for both seasoned athletes and first-timers.

Logistics

Parking is available at the visitor centre for just £3 for the day. Delamere train station is a short walk from the event village. Make sure to arrive 45 minutes before your race to allow time for registration and warm-up.
