Dolphin Dash Overview

It's time for our Dolphin Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, and Half Marathon fun run/walk! Check-in is from 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM for everyone. The event starts at 7:30 AM with a Half Marathon cut-off time of 11:00 AM. Please contact us for an early start option if needed.

Event Location

Make sure to check in at the tables closest to 54th Place at the start of the beach path. The event will take place at 5400 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803.

Important: Avoid using Apple Maps for GPS; we recommend Google Maps or Waze.

Course Details

• 5k: Out and back route
• 10k: 2 x 5k loops
• 15k: 3 x 5k loops
• Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 miles loops

Participants

All finishers will receive a medal along with a goodie bag. Results will be posted after the event on our website, with free photos shared on our Facebook page.

Runners are welcome to run or walk with strollers, but dogs are not allowed.

We aim to provide a relaxed, fun, and personal racing experience. Plan to arrive early for parking.
