Event Overview

The First Day 5k is an exciting race set for January 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST. This event is perfect for runners looking for a challenge on a certified course.

Course Details

Start your race with a downhill running start at Main St just west of Whitin Community Center. The route takes you through Memorial Square and Linwood Ave, with a quick spin into Northbridge High School parking lot before heading back to the finish line at Memorial Square. A single aid station is available throughout the course.

Awards

Award categories include top overall male and female and top 3 finishers in various age groups. Plus, there’s a $100 cash award for new course records!

9:30 AM - Check-in / bib pick up
10:15 AM - On-site registration closes
10:50 AM - Head to starting line
11:00 AM - Race starts
12:00 PM - Awards Ceremony
