Flat & Fast Rural Hall 5K 10K

Event Details

This is the 18th running of this event with both the 5K and 10K certified by USA Track & Field. The 10K starts at 8:00 AM and the 5K at 8:15 AM, allowing participants to run together or separately. The courses are designed for all abilities, making it a great event for families, runners, and walkers.

Course Details

• 5K Race: A flat course great for younger runners and families with jogging strollers.
• 10K Race: A slightly more challenging course with three hills at the start but still flat overall.

Trophies and Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in both races. Additional medals will be awarded to age group winners.

Food and Amenities

Participants will enjoy delicious food at the finish line, including Krispy Kreme doughnuts, chocolate milk, and more! Water stations will be available throughout the race.

Packet Pick-Up

Early packet pick-up is available prior to race day, and registration opens at 6:15 AM on race day.
