This is a non-competitive celebration of the girls' achievements promoting healthy habits and lifelong confidence.

Race Day Activities

• 8:30 AM: Pre-5K Activities, Race Day Registration Begin.
• 9:30 AM: Kiddie "Spark" Dash (ages 7 and under).
• 10:00 AM: 5K Start!

• 5K - $35.00 to $50.00
• 5K - FAMILY MEMBER OF CURRENT SEASON PARTICIPANT - $35.00
• 5K - SHADYLANE - $10.00

Special Notes

If you are a current participant or coach of the Girls on the Run or Heart & Sole program, you do not need to register for the 5K. Your program registration and volunteer service includes your entry into the 5K. Previous participants can email for discount codes.
