Gobble Wobble 5K & Drumstick Dash

Hosted by the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce, this family-oriented 5K features a course through the scenic Pineywoods of Atlanta, TX! This event also features opportunities for family fun with on-site games and prizes! We welcome runners of all abilities.

Event Details

The Drumstick Dash (kids' one-mile fun run) begins at 8:30AM. The Gobble Wobble 5K begins at 9:00AM. The race begins at the Mattie Lanier Richey Center (101 Sportsplex Dr. Atlanta, TX 75551).

Registration

The registration fee (includes race admission & event t-shirt) for the Gobble Wobble 5K is $30.00 per person. Participation in the Drumstick Dash is free. Children participating in the Drumstick Dash may purchase a Drumstick Dash t-shirt for $10.00. T-shirts are only available to those who pre-register/order before the t-shirt deadline on November 10, 2024.

Additional Information

Strollers are allowed on course. Pets are not allowed on course. The Gobble Wobble 5K is limited to runners ages 11 and up. The Drumstick Dash is intended for children ages 10 and under (plus their guardians). Runners are encouraged to wear clothing and accessories that fuel the festive spirit. Medals for 1st-3rd place will be awarded for Male/Female by age category: 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ Grand prizes will be given to the Overall Male & Overall Female runner. ALL CHILDREN MUST REMAIN WITH THEIR GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES.
