Race Description

10K Option

The long 10 Kilometer route will start at Greenwood Furnace State Park (at the furnace) and traverse Rothrock State Forest to the fire tower. Runners will return via the loop and ascend Greenwood Spur, followed by a hydration station and then descend on Ruff Gap Trail.

Half Marathon Option

This intense, rugged half-marathon follows a figure 8 route of rocky climbs and tricky downhills. The course includes two brutal ascents, stream crossings, and scenic views, making it a challenge for even the most seasoned trail runners.
