Hamilton Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon 2024-2025 Series

Welcome to the Hamilton Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon 2024-2025 Series! This event is designed for children aged 6 to 15 years, providing a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to participate in a triathlon.

Event Details

The event will take place on Sunday, December 8, 2024, starting at 8:00 AM NZDT. Participants will compete in various age-appropriate courses, including swimming, cycling, and running.

Course Information

Each age group has a specific course designed to challenge and engage young athletes:

• 6 Year Olds: 50m swim / 1.5km run
• 7 Year Olds: 50m swim / 4km cycle / 1.5km run
• 8-10 Year Olds: 75-100m swim / 4km cycle / 1.5km run
• 11-15 Year Olds: 150-200m swim / 8km cycle / 1.5km run

Fundraising Opportunity

Participants can also engage in the TRY IT ON fundraising programme, which supports less fortunate kids in the community. Fundraising is optional but encouraged.
