Training Sessions Offered:
- 5K Training: January 1 - February 8, 2025, Free
- 10K Training: February 9 - March 15, 2025, Free
- Historic Half Training: March 16 - May 18, 2025, Free
The 5K and 10K groups meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 PM, and Saturday mornings at 8 AM. The Historic Half group meets Saturday mornings at 8 AM for longer runs with pace groups. Training plans and additional details will be provided before the start of sessions.
