Event Details

Competitors can compete as solo or duo and select their heat start time.

• Entry for Solo: $40 per competitor
• Entry for Duo: $60 per team

Saturday Jan 18 – Solo

• Heat 1 - 12:00pm
• Heat 2 - 12:30pm
• Heat 3 - 1:00pm
• Heat 4 - 1:30pm

Sunday Jan 19 – Duo

• Heat 1 - 12:00pm
• Heat 2 - 12:30pm
• Heat 3 - 1:00pm
• Heat 4 - 1:30pm

This high-intensity event focuses on increasing cardiovascular endurance with fast-moving body-weight movements. The event is scheduled from 11:45am - 2:30pm.
