Get ready to push your limits in the Indoor Triathlon at Islander Athletics! This exciting event will challenge athletes across ski, bike, and run disciplines, performed indoors on top-quality equipment.

Event Details:

• Date: December 15, 2024
• Start Time: 7:00 AM (first heat)
• Location: Islander Athletics, 57 Old Pennywell Rd, St. John’s, NL
• Cost: $100 per participant
• Race Components:
  • 2.5K Ski - Completed on a Concept 2 Ski Erg
  • 20K Bike - Powered through on a Concept 2 Bike Erg
  • 5K Run - Finished strong on an Assault Air Runner
• Format: Heats every 1 hour and 15 minutes, starting at 7:00 AM. 4 racers per heat, creating a dynamic and competitive setting. Limited to 40 participants.
