ITC Monthly Club Race – FREE FOR ITC MEMBERS! FREE KIDS TRIATHLON!

Join us for our monthly tri club races in one of the most scenic locations in the Illawarra! We cater for all levels and abilities - First timers, Paralympians, former and future World Champions! All participants and ability levels welcome.

All events are conducted with sanctioning by Triathlon Australia. For Adults and ages 12+, our standard club races are a non-drafting format during the bike portion unless otherwise directed. This includes staggered swim wave starts depending on expected finish time and experience level to maximize your enjoyment while competing!

For Kids Triathlons (U12), a race briefing on the length of each swim/bike/run will be provided by our Race Director before the start of each Kids Triathlon. We encourage Parents & Responsible Adults to actively engage with your young triathletes during their event, especially assisting them during their swim.

Event Schedule

• 6:15am - Registration & transition opens (Adults, U12+ & Kids Triathlon)
• 7:15am - Registration closes; Race Briefing (Adults & 12+ Triathlon)
• 7:30am - Race Start (Age-group based waves, Adults & 12+ Triathlon)
• 8:00am - Registration closes, Transition Setup (Kids Triathlon)
• 8:15am - Kids Triathlons start
• 9:00am - Post Race recovery & Club presentations

Parking is available in the car park of Five Islands Secondary College and along Gloucester Blvd. Join us for an exciting race day!

Race Distances

• Club distance: 400m swim / 13.2km bike / 4.4km run
• Short Club distance: 200m swim / 6.6km bike / 2.2km run
