Acerca del Evento
Welcome to our monthly group trail run! We will run or run/walk for approximately 4-5 miles. The usual route is an out and back on the Meadowlark Trail, totaling about 5 miles if we reach the Oerman Roche trailhead.
All women and LGBTQIA+ runners (or aspiring runners) are welcome. We typically run at an ~11-12 minute pace and incorporate walking intervals. If you want to explore trail running while valuing connection over pace, this group run is for you!
