Lake Wilderness Run 2025

Welcome to the 10th annual Lake Wilderness Run!! We're so excited to have this beautiful run alongside our 20th annual triathlon. You'll run along the Cedar River Trail and Lake Wilderness. Throughout the run, there's breathtaking views of Mount Rainier. There are a few rolling hills along the way and you'll be jogging on a wide, well-maintained trail.

Event details and schedule

Lake Wilderness Park will open for competitors at 5:00am. If you're picking up your packet on the day of the event, you can pick it up from 5:15-6:30am. Each participant must bring a picture I.D. to pick up their packet. You may not pick up a packet for other participants.
