Event Details

Join us for the Lights on the Lake 5K during its 35th anniversary! Participants can choose to walk or run through the enchanting light displays at Onondaga Lake Park.

Participant Perks

Every participant will receive an Upstate Orthopedic cross body bag, a 2024 Lights on the Lake beanie, and other exciting swag! Top finishers will also receive a limited edition ornament.

Charity Component

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital, and unwrapped toys will be collected for children spending the holidays in the hospital.
