Course Information

The course is flat and smooth for the first part, but it turns into about 5.5 miles of hilly, rooty single track. Be prepared for an adventurous experience!

Awards

Overall Male and Female winners will receive a $100 MoRunCo Gift Certificate. Awards will also be given to the top 3 in each age division.

Age Divisions

• 0-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60+

Divisions will be split into 5-year age groups if more than 8 participants register.

Participation Details

All participants will receive a Missouri Running Performance Tech shirt and a pair of socks. Due to limited space on the trail and in parking, registration is limited to 100 participants. Early registration is recommended as the event is expected to fill quickly. NOTE: No race day registration.

Post-Race

A meal will be provided after the race. Post-race food and beverages available for all participants.

Kids Fun Run

A Kids Fun Run (approximately 1.5 miles) will follow the main race for ages 12 and under. This event is free; no tee and no awards will be given.
