• Try-A-Tri: 200m Swim, 10km Bike, 2km Run
• Super Sprint: 200m Swim, 10km Bike, 2km Run
• Sprint: 750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
• Olympic: 1500m Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run

Registration Fees:

• Individual - $70.00 + tax
• Team of 2 - $115.00 + tax
• Team of 3 - $180.00 + tax

Race Kit Pickup:

Saturday, July 19, 2025: 10am-12pm at PC Cycle, 2619 Westville Rd, New Glasgow, NS B2H 5C6

Sunday, July 20, 2025: 7:00am-8:30am at Melmerby Beach Provincial Park

Important Notes:

The transition area will remain closed until 11:00 AM or until all bikes are re-racked. Please plan to stay and support fellow athletes until the transition area reopens.
