Miola Madness - Fall Edition

This is the third event in our 3-part Miola Madness Series! The event includes:

• 12 hours, 9 hours, 6 hours, and 3 hours timed running options
• New 10K distance

Event Highlights

Enjoy a crushed limestone loop around Miola Lake, complete with an aid station providing performance fuels from Hammer Nutrition. Races will start at 7 AM, with flexible start times for shorter distances. Participants can run at their own pace, as much or as little as they prefer.

Race Rules

1. Pets must be leashed.

2. Littering is prohibited.

3. Stay on the designated trail.

4. Respect volunteers and park staff.

5. Crews can only meet runners at the designated aid stations.
