This unique event features 2.5 miles of swimming over 4 stages and 10.71 miles of running along the trails of Deam Lake State Recreation Area. Total Distance: 12.11 Miles.

• Mandatory Meeting: 8:00 AM
• SwimRun Start: 8:30 AM
• Open Water Swim Start: 9:00 AM - All distances

Registration Fees

• Mudskipper SwimRun: $110.00 (Pre-Registration includes Mudskipper Hat)
• Open Water Swim - Short Course: $80.00 (Pre-Registration includes Mudskipper Hat)
• Open Water Swim - Long Course: $90.00 (Pre-Registration includes Mudskipper Hat)

For those new to SwimRun, it combines swimming and trail running, where participants wear shoes during swimming and utilize a wetsuit during running if desired. This event welcomes everyone, whether you're experienced or just starting out!
