Let's honor and empower our Wounded Warriors at NMCSD's MWR Fitness 5K Run/Walk. Alternative cardio options (rowers and stationary upright bikes) will be available for those who are unable to walk/run the course.
Navy Wounded Warrior coordinates the non-medical care of seriously wounded, ill, and injured Sailors and Coast Guardsmen, providing valuable resources and support to their families and caregivers.
