Oregon Kids Triathlon

Welcome to the Oregon Kids Triathlon, an annual event brought to you by the Oregon Community Swim Club.

This triathlon caters to children of various ages and abilities with a flat and safe course featuring five age groups from 5 to 14 years old.

Participants will start with a pool swim, followed by an in-village bike course, and finish with an on-trail run. Race length will vary based on the age group.

Regardless of athletic capability or previous triathlon experience, this event is designed to be achievable and fun! Each young athlete will leave with a custom finisher medal. We anticipate a sell-out, so registration is encouraged!

• Online Registration Deadline: August 5, 2025
• Entry Fee: $35 until July 7, increasing to $45 thereafter.

Age Groups & Distances

• 5 - 6 years old: swim 50 meters - bike 1.1 miles - run 0.5 miles
• 7 - 8 years old: swim 50 meters - bike 1.1 miles - run 0.5 miles
• 9 - 10 years old: swim 100 meters - bike 3.6 miles - run 1.1 miles
• 11 - 12 years old: swim 100 meters - bike 3.6 miles - run 1.1 miles
• 13 - 14 years old: swim 200 meters - bike 5.7 miles - run 1.55 miles
