Pace and Pedal Duathlon

This exciting duathlon consists of a 4.6-mile running portion on a non-paved trail and a 10.3-mile bike ride on paved roads. Participants can register individually or in teams, and a bike helmet is required!

All participants will receive a finisher's medal upon completion. Don’t miss out on the chance to purchase a t-shirt by registering before April 23, 2025.

Pace and Pedal 5K Color Fun Run/Walk

Join the colorful fun in this 5K run/walk! The event is open to all ages, free for children 12 and under, and just $10 for participants aged 13 and up. The course is stroller-friendly, fully paved, and provides the option to bypass color stations.

Pace and Pedal Youth Color Run

A free event for children aged 12 and under, this 1.0-mile paved course offers a colorful experience with medals and sunglasses for all participants.

Schedule of Events

• May 16, 2025: Packet Pickup - 3pm - 5pm at Jackson County Health and Human Services
• May 17, 2025:
• 6:30am-8:15am - Packet Pickup at Lake Wazee
• 6:30am-8:15am - Same Day Registration (Duathlon registration closes at 7:15am)
• 8:00am - Pace and Pedal Duathlon Start
• 8:30am - 5K Color Fun Run/Walk Start
• 10:00am - Youth Color Run Start

All events will take place rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, race officials may adjust the schedule accordingly.

All proceeds will benefit Jackson In Action, Jackson County's Healthy Living Coalition.
