The Painted Horse Urban Ultra has returned with new horses and a modified route! This is a self-supported urban adventure run, not a race. If you enjoy exploring unique locations, navigating by turn-by-turn directions, and capturing photos of painted horses, this event is for you!

• Distances: 55k and 25k

Course Information

This ultra event is all about navigation and adventure, without a strict time limit. Expect to encounter around 40 painted horses along the 55k route. The 25k option includes at least 25 horses on a different route.

For those looking for an extra challenge, sign up for the Painter's Revenge Challenge, which includes three events: Skunk Ape's Revenge, Painted Horse Urban Ultra, and Swan's Song Urban Run. Complete the challenge to earn a commemorative belt buckle or medal!
